Peter is a podcast host, sports gaming analyst, and former sports broadcaster with a background in law, sports media, and business development. He graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Economics and Accounting and earned his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law, where he founded and served as President of the UCLA Gaming Law Association, focused on legal and regulatory issues in online gambling, fantasy sports, and esports. While at UC Santa Barbara, Peter worked as a play-by-play broadcaster for basketball, baseball, and soccer and produced sports content for ESPNU Campus Connection. He later led U.S. expansion and business development for Smarkets and served as an advisor to several sports betting and fantasy sports companies. Today, Peter hosts a podcast focused on supporting families of athletes experiencing mental health challenges. Through honest conversations, education, and advocacy, the podcast explores how families can better navigate mental health crises, support loved ones in sports, and create space for athletes to speak openly about their mental health experiences.

Xochitl, a Mexican-American creator, writer, executive producer, and host of The Ba.Bl. Reel, a podcast and YouTube series exploring ballroom dance and performing arts. In addition to producing her own projects, she also serves as an Executive Producer on television and film productions. She is the founder and CEO of Ba.Bl. (Ballroom Blitz), an entertainment and streaming platform focused on Latino artists, performers, and athletes.

Marisela Montes is a retired California government leader, advocate, writer, and guest host of the Now What? Podcast, which helps families navigate mental health crises affecting athletes and their loved ones. Raised in East Los Angeles, she dedicated a 44-year career to supporting underrepresented communities and later served as an appointee of Governor Jerry Brown on the California Parole Board. With more than 30 years of experience in the Department of Corrections, Marisela brings insight into family dynamics, crisis response, and advocacy. Since 2018, she has also served as a creative collaborator on XmLProductions_Presents projects, contributing to wardrobe coordination, editing, logistics, video production, editing, and writing, including work on The Ba.Bl. Reel Sundance submission.
